Wait what did that say? Or if you don’t care about looks, if you eat more, you will do better in workouts. Wait seriously?! Yes, I am serious.
This Saturday, May 12th at 8AM we will discuss how eating more will help you reach your goals. Bring a friend so they can learn how to eat more too. Then, stay for the 9am class so we can do a huge group WOD!
Here are just some of the things I ate and drank last week:
Insanity burger from MShack, Beer, Whiskey, Milk Shake from MShack, Cereal, Pizza,
Here is what I also ate:
Veggies (a ton of them, raw and cooked), lean meats, a little bit of fruit (not much), rice and other starch
Here is what I did for workouts:
Lifted heavy stuff often (to the point of failure), pushed myself to the physical breaking point on at least 2 workouts, did the extra work 2-3 times during the week, got outside to play a few times
Life does not have to be boring. You CAN find balance. Let’s talk about how to do that on Saturday!
Ps. Yes, that is a Barbie, and yes those are princess band-aids. I’m a business owner and father of two daughters. You can do this. Balance is possible.
