The average high school weight room consists of 30-40 athletes to only one coach. It can be hard to focus on proper technique in that setup.

Our Owner and Head Coach, Josh Krehbiel, has 8 years of experience coaching a wide variety of athletes and ability levels. He has led over 6,000 group strength and conditioning classes. He has coached over 600 athletes ranging from Division 1 athletes to Grandparents, and everything in between. He has put together the perfect course for your High School Student Athlete. Saturday 6/15 10am-11:30am
Saturday 7/13 10am-11:30am

We will Review PROPER FORM on the following key movements:
Front Squat, Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Power Clean, Pressing Overhead

JUST $100 per athlete for two sessions*
