Josh KrehbielOwner & Coach
Josh opened CF904 in 2011. He has helped athletes of all ages and ability levels. He specializes in technique correction, injury recovery/prevention, and nutrition coaching. He was the personal Coach of the Girls 2018 High School Weightlifting State Champion. He is currently the Coach of a 60+ CrossFit Games Masters Athlete. Personally, he qualified for Senior Nationals and Worlds in the 85kg weight class with a total of 240kg. In his prior life he was a CPA in Public Accounting, how in the world he survived behind a desk for 10 hours a day is one of life's greatest mysteries.
"I love challenging people to do more than they ever thought was possible. I was a scrawny accountant before I started CrossFit. My low self esteem bled into all areas of my life. Anyone can do CrossFit, it's more mental strength than it is physical strength. I love teaching people how to step outside their comfort zone."

Allie started her journey with CrossFit less than 4 months ago but training hard and pushing past her mental and physical capabilities isn't new to her. She is a former Division 1 Athlete for the University of Central Florida Women's Rowing team. During Allie's last 2 years of undergrad, she contributed to the team's first ever back to back Conference Championship. Allie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science (concentration in Human Performance) with a Minor in Fitness Training. Although she has spent the past 2 years coaching in other areas of the fitness industry, Allie is looking forward to learning through experience and working with new members to maximize their potential.
