Josh Krehbiel

Josh Krehbiel

Owner & Coach

Josh has been CrossFitting since 2010. Holy cow that's 8 years now! He specializes in technique, correction, and injury recovery/prevention. He has been the personal Coach of the Girls 2018 High School Weightlifting State Champion. He is currently the Coach of a 60+ CrossFit Games Masters Athlete. Personally, he qualified for Senior Nationals and Worlds in the 85kg weight class with a total of 240kg. In his prior life he was a CPA in Public Accounting, how in the world he survived behind a desk for 10 hours a day is one of life's greatest mysteries.

"I love challenging people to do more than they ever thought was possible. I was a scrawny accountant before I started CrossFit. My low self esteem bled into all areas of my life. CrossFit is really freaking hard. But you will learn more about life from CrossFit than any book can teach you. I love teaching people how to step outside their comfort zone."

Bree Reeves

Bree Reeves

Coach

4 years ago a runner wandered into a CrossFit and stayed. Still passionate about running Coach Bree specializes in gymnastics and endurance pieces. “One of the greatest lies I believed before trying CrossFit is that it would negatively affect my running and make me slow. Since starting CrossFit I’ve actually become a better, FASTER, and strong runner PRing my 5k/10k and ½ Marathon times.

"To be the athlete you've always dreamed of being doesn't have to be either/or. It can, and should be BOTH/ AND."

Allie Gordon

Allie Gordon

Coach

Allie started her journey with CrossFit less than 4 months ago but training hard and pushing past her mental and physical capabilities isn't new to her. She is a former Division 1 Athlete for the University of Central Florida Women's Rowing team. During Allie's last 2 years of undergrad, she contributed to the team's first ever back to back Conference Championship. Allie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science (concentration in Human Performance) with a Minor in Fitness Training. Although she has spent the past 2 years coaching in other areas of the fitness industry, Allie is looking forward to learning through experience and working with new members to maximize their potential.
